Plant Care
Light: Place your succulents in a location with bright, indirect sunlight. They thrive in moderate to high light conditions. A south or west-facing window with filtered light is ideal.
Temperature: Maintain a warm indoor environment with temperatures between 60-80°F (15-27°C). Protect the plants from cold drafts and temperature fluctuations.
Watering: Allow the top inch of the soil to dry out between waterings. Water thoroughly but less frequently during the dormant season (fall and winter). During the growing season (spring and summer), increase the frequency but ensure that the soil dries out between waterings.
Soil: Use a well-draining cactus or succulent potting mix to ensure proper drainage and prevent waterlogged soil. A mix of potting soil, perlite, and sand works well.
Pot: Ensure the pots have drainage holes to prevent water accumulation at the root level. Trailing succulents like to be slightly root-bound and don't require frequent repotting.
Fertilization: Feed your plants with a balanced, water-soluble succulent fertilizer diluted to half strength every 4-6 weeks during the growing season (spring and summer). Avoid over-fertilizing.
Pests: These succulents are generally pest-resistant, but occasionally, mealybugs or aphids may appear. Inspect your plants regularly and treat any infestations promptly with insecticidal soap or neem oil.
